Which method do you use to clean carpets?

For the majority of carpet cleaning, but not all, we use the ‘’hot water extraction’’ method, sometimes referred to as ‘’steam cleaning’’. This is the preferred method of most carpet manufacturers.

How long does the carpet take to dry?

This is difficult to be precise about, drying times will vary and is dependent on several factors i.e. degree of soiling, type of fibres, depth of pile, humidity. That said, we keep drying times to a minimum, normally 2 – 4 hours.

Does the cleaning process soak the carpet backing?

No, our process rinses the carpet deep down but does not penetrate the backing. With our powerful equipment the carpet is thoroughly rinsed but left only damp to the touch.

I’ve heard that carpets soil faster after cleaning is this true?

Not with our system, the cleaning process is achieved by ‘’microsplitting’’ the soil particles without the use of enzymes or detergents.
